Christmas Island Itinerary (4 Days)
Day 1: Arrival and Exploring the Capital
- Morning: Arrive at Christmas Island Airport. Collect your luggage and clear customs.
- 9:00 AM: Visit the Christmas Island National Park, a protected area covering nearly half of the island’s land area. Take a guided tour to explore the unique flora and fauna.
- 12:00 PM: Head to the capital town, Flying Fish Cove (also known as Settlement), for lunch. Try some local seafood at one of the restaurants.
- Afternoon: Visit the Christmas Island Museum & Craft Centre to learn about the island’s history, culture, and traditions.

Day 2: Beaches and Reefs
- Morning: Drive to North Point (about 30 minutes) for snorkeling or swimming at the stunning beaches. The crystal-clear waters offer an opportunity to see the island’s marine life.
- Afternoon: Visit the London Bridge, a rock formation resembling an old bridge, and explore the surrounding area for more snorkelling opportunities.
- Evening: Return to your accommodation and enjoy dinner.
Day 3: South Island Tour
- 9:00 AM: Take a guided tour of the southern part of the island (about 1.5 hours). Visit the famous Dolly’s Beach, known for its white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters.
- Afternoon: Explore the island’s interior by visiting the waterfalls, including the South Point Waterfall.
- Evening: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 4: Free Time and Departure
- Morning: Spend some time shopping for souvenirs or relaxing at your accommodation.
- 12:00 PM: Check out of your accommodation and depart from Christmas Island Airport, taking memories of the island with you.
