Mexico Itinerary: 6 Days of Adventure
Day 1: Arrival in Cancun
- Arrival: Arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN)
- Visa Requirements: US citizens do not need a visa to enter Mexico, but you will need a valid passport with at least six months’ validity
- Transportation: Take a taxi or shuttle from the airport to your hotel in Cancun City (~$10-$20 USD)
- Place to Visit: Chichen Itza (not today, we’ll visit it on Day 3)
Activities for Day 1:
- Relax on Playa Delfines Beach
- Explore the vibrant Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera) and its many shops, restaurants, and bars
- Take a stroll along the Malecon, a scenic waterfront promenade
Day 2: Tulum National Park
- Transportation: Take an early morning taxi or shuttle to Tulum National Park (~$30-$40 USD return)
- Things to Know: Be prepared for crowds and long lines during peak season
- Place to Visit: Tulum National Park
- Explore the ancient Mayan ruins perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea
- Swim in the crystal-clear waters of Coba Beach
Activities for Day 2:
- Snorkel or swim at the beach
- Visit the nearby town of Tulum for some shopping and dining

Day 3: Chichen Itza
