The five days at a glance

| 5 | Disneyland Paris | 35-40 min | RER A |
Day 1: Fontainebleau
Transilien R from Gare de Lyon, about 40 minutes, chateau EUR17, gardens free, no timed ticket.
Day 2: Chartres
TER from Montparnasse, about an hour, cathedral free, fares from EUR12.
Day 3: Versailles
RER C, 35-40 minutes. Palace-only EUR21, Passport EUR25-35. Timed slot mandatory, even free admission. Closed Mondays.
Day 4: Giverny
Late March through early November only. Train to Vernon (about 45 min, EUR15) then the seasonal shuttle or a taxi. Admission about EUR13.
Day 5: Disneyland Paris
RER A direct from Chatelet-Les Halles, 35 to 40 minutes to Marne-la-Vallee Chessy. A 1-Park 1-Day ticket booked ahead starts around EUR56-62; the gate price on a busy day can pass EUR130 for a 2-Park ticket. Disney Adventure World, the March 2026 relaunch, added World of Frozen next to Avengers Campus. Buy the RER fare separately, the park ticket never includes it, and check the dynamic-pricing calendar at disneylandparis.com before picking a date.
Is one day enough for Disney Adventure World and Disneyland Park both?
Only if you pick one park and accept skipping the other’s headline rides. Frozen Ever After alone was drawing 60 to 90 minute waits by mid-morning in spring 2026, so a single day realistically means committing to one park properly rather than splitting it in half.
Should Disneyland Paris come before or after Versailles on this route?
After works better. Versailles rewards an early, unhurried morning before its own crowds build, while Disneyland Paris’s worst crowding hits midday regardless of when you arrive, so there’s less to lose by placing it later in the week once the trip has its rhythm.
Buy Disneyland Paris mobile-order credit in the app before lunchtime, the 12:30-2pm window is when the whole park hits the food outlets at once.
