Water Activities in Paris

Introduction

While Paris may not be the first city that comes to mind when thinking of water activities, there are still plenty of options for those who love the ocean, rivers, or lakes.

Seine River Cruises

Take a leisurely cruise along the famous Seine River and enjoy the city’s landmarks from a different perspective. These cruises range from romantic evening strolls to informative guided tours.

Swimming Pools

While there isn’t any natural water in Paris itself, many of its surrounding suburbs have excellent swimming pools.

• Piscine Molière (16th arrondissement): An Olympic-sized indoor pool with great facilities

No Water

Unfortunately, there is no access to natural water bodies such as rivers, lakes, or the ocean within Paris.
